GYANDEEP Education Society, the parent body of the Gyandeep Vidya Bhawan School, is a non-profit organisation registered under the Societies Act-1860, which is the umbrella organisation of all the prestigious Gyandeep Vidya Bhawan Schools.

A group of educationists, intellectuals, and social workers constituted the Gyandeep Education Society fifty years ago, in 1971. The society started a primary school with 45 students, which was recognised by the Education Department. The school progressed year by year and, at a point, the school had to run in two shifts. The main aim of society was to give quality education to downtrodden students and help them with their all round development. It is our responsibility to ensure that each child gets his due right to gain knowledge through education and thus develop into a responsible citizen in the future. Even at primary level, the school organised various activities, such as annual functions in prestigious auditoriums like Ficci, Himachal Bhawan, Pyarelal Bhawan, and so on. The school also organised educational and historical tours to Lucknow and Jaipur. The school gained a remarkable reputation in the area and is at present a pioneering institution in the area. In the meantime, society made efforts and got one acre piece of land from DDA at Yamuna Bihar, Delhi-53 and started another school there, which is now a Senior Secondary School recognised by the Education Department and affiliated to CBSE with Science and Commerce Stream.

The society also started two schools in Dwarkapuri and Yadav Nagar in Etah, Uttar Pradesh. I feel proud of all the members of society for their all-round co-operation to achieve the aims and objectives of society and hope that society will achieve all its objectives in the future.
